Temporary Frontdesk Assistant

Duration: 2 weeks, 23rd December 2024 – 3rd January 2025 (excluding holidays) 

Location: 6th Floor, ZEP-Re Business Park, Alick Nkhata Road, Mass Media, Lusaka, Zambia

Working Hours: Monday – Friday, 08:00 AM to 5 PM. 

Job Description:

Hive Coworking is seeking a Temporary Frontdesk Assistant to support our team for a 2 week period. The ideal candidate will assist with day-to-day operations, ensuring a smooth and productive environment for our members and visitors. Tasks will include administrative support, event coordination, and assisting with general office duties as needed. This is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic coworking space.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to the team
  • Assist with event coordination and setup
  • Help maintain cleanliness and organization of the space
  • Respond to member inquiries and provide general assistance
  • Assist with other tasks as needed
  • Provide feedback or updates about the day’s activities to the Community Associate.

Requirements:

  • Must be a tertiary student
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Good communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Positive and proactive attitude
